New Year of 2015 & A Reflection of A Year That Has Passed: Part Two

Hello there, this is a continuation over from New Year of 2015 & A Reflection of A Year That Has Passed: Part One. So if you haven't read it yet, go on over there to start :)

I spent one entire day in New York City before going on board for the Norwegian Cruise, it was a chance to take a look around before having to leave for an entire week span. I would like to spend some more time in New York in the future, I loved the energy there and how nobody cared to put up a front about how they really felt. It was refreshing and definitely not for the faint of heart, you could tell who didn't want to waste their time with you- and those who really was enjoying your company with small talk. I had a handful of big powerful looking angry men, who turned to me and gave me the sweetest compliments about my colorful hair. You really can't judge a book by it's cover :)

At the end of the cruise, there was a full afternoon to complete the walk around New York City one more time before heading back to the airport to go back home. All in all it was definitely an experience I won't forget. It was also my second time coming back. As for my first? Keep on reading, I will also share photos for an invitation I received to go to a special movie premier for Winter's Tale. It was truly a magical time.

New York City: One Day Before/Norwegian Cruise

New York City Movie Premier: Winter's Tale

It was officially the first time I had gone onto an airplane since I was 6. The majority of my travels consisted of travel buses, or long road trips driving about approximately 12 hours to the states with my family. Going with a friend was definitely liberating and refreshing, without the curfews and limitations you need to consider when having young children to look after. Winter was just as cold here in New York but it wasn't nearly as miserable as it was in Canada that time around, because of course- I was on vacation and getting away from the routine of the city haha. Many magical things happened during this trip, which showed up in forms of numbers, signs, and sounds. I will write an entry about synchronicity, paying attention to the signs the Universe is sending, and my experiences in learning how to know if you are on the right path in your life. Without further adieu, enjoy.

 (I love you RuPaul)

And that concludes my trip to NYC for the premier of Winter's Tale. If you ever have the chance to go visit, you should. There's a lot of personality in it! The next time I visit, I will go visit some local shops and check out their museums- also have a more thorough visit of the fashion district during it's open hours :) It will be a creative trip next round. This about rounds it up for the personal highlights and influences during the year 2014 for myself, I hope you enjoyed looking at the photos as I enjoyed taking notice of small details that really make the whole picture of the travel. Take care and talk to you soon, there are sooo many exciting new topics I will be discussing about soon.

Sincerely yours,
XOXOX
